Old factories make cool event spaces. Located in the West Queen West ’hood, Tract 9 is a creative co-working and start-up innovation hub housed in a renovated industrial building tucked into a graffiti-filled alley off Dufferin Street. Very event hip! Designed for collaboration, the 7,000-sq.-ft. space offers an open-plan main area with lofty 20-ft. ceilings, exposed brick and five large windows. Vintage furnishings, shared work stations and over-sized wall murals inspire a creative vibe.
