Teams that rock together, work together
BACK

Imagine the cool factor of the company CEO, dressed in rock star leather, guitar in hand, hitting the stage with “head-office band members” to rip through a rousing rendition of BTO's “Taking Care of Business.”

How about corporately introducing new marketing messages by having your executive account team write them into the lyrics of popular rock songs and perform them live at a conference or on a DVD recording?

Generate long-lasting, positive office buzz after spinning an afternoon of teaching department staff how to play rock music into an evening of showcase performances.

Unique and exhilarating teambuilding exercises for sure, but music is a universal language and Rock the Stars can help harness its mighty power by bringing corporate teams together.

Appealing to all age groups and backgrounds, Rock the Stars' fresh and dynamic teambuilding approaches motivate and reward corporate stars with the thrill, and fun, of teaching “teams” to play instruments together as a band, then letting them loose for empowering onstage performances.

Rock the Stars founder and pro-drummer Stewart Hall emphasizes that the high-energy experience creates corporate synergy on many different levels, from breaking down barriers and building risk-taking confidences, to stretching creative boundaries and increasing communication skills.

The five-year old company offers a range of interactive and customizable activities for groups of 10 to over a 1,000 participants, ranging from one hour to six hours in length.

Engage groups in sessions where participants form bands and work with facilitators to perform their choice of song and instruments —dressed as rock stars, of course. Other workshops include learning the art of song writing, performing songs and playing instruments onstage accompanied by a live band, and unleashing the battle of the “airbands” with competitive lip-syncing and air guitar performances.

Stoke up the star power with some hilarious, healthy rivalry with themes such as Battle of the Bands or Corporate Idol which has each team's learning culminate in a performance rated by a peer panel of Randy-Paula-Simon-style judges.

Available throughout North America in any venue where meetings take place, Rock the Stars supplies everything, from sound system and instruments to happening costumes and professional musician instructors who boast platinum-album selling rock-pedigrees.

Bic lighters optional.

For groups less than 30 people, sessions can be held in a professional recording studio.

Rock on!
